1. Commitment to Contractor Privacy

SoliEarth Infrastructure Systems Inc. ("SoliEarth", "we", "us", or "our") develops and operates the DirtCount™ platform (dirtcount.com). We respect the operational confidentiality, employee privacy, and proprietary business data of civil and excavating contractors. This Privacy Policy describes our standards for collecting, using, and safeguarding organizational information.

2. Contractor Data Sovereignty & Zero Cross-Tenant Training

All contractor-generated data—including estimating assemblies, equipment runtime logs, unit labor rates, quarry/supplier quotes, bid submissions, and site quantities—remains the exclusive intellectual and business property of the contracting organization. SoliEarth enforces strict tenant data isolation: we never sell, broker, or share contractor data with external third parties or competitors, and we never use your proprietary rates or bids to train shared or cross-tenant AI models. Contractors may export a complete offline archive of their project records at any time.

3. Information We Collect

When you interact with our website or participate in our private contractor pilot, we may collect:

  • Contact & Account Details: Name, professional title, corporate email address, phone number, and company name.
  • Pilot Fleet Profile: General operational metadata such as approximate fleet size, primary work scope, and equipment types to tailor pilot onboarding.
  • Technical Website & Field App Telemetry: Standard browser/device metadata, IP address, and interaction metrics to maintain service performance, security, and audit trails.

4. Security & Isolation Safeguards

We employ strict organizational and technical security controls, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), role-based access restrictions, and cryptographically partitioned tenant databases. Access to active pilot environments is strictly limited to authorized engineering personnel bound by confidentiality agreements.
