All contractor-generated data—including estimating assemblies, equipment runtime logs, unit labor rates, bid submissions, and site quantities—remains the exclusive intellectual and business property of the contracting organization. SoliEarth does not sell, broker, or share contractor data with external third parties or competitors.

When you interact with our website or participate in our private contractor pilot, we may collect:

• Contact & Account Details: Name, professional title, corporate email address, phone number, and company name.
• Pilot Fleet Profile: General operational metadata such as approximate fleet size, primary work scope, and equipment types to tailor pilot onboarding.
• Technical Website Telemetry: Standard browser type, IP address, and interaction metrics to maintain web performance and security.

We employ strict organizational and technical security controls, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), role-based access restrictions, and tenant-isolated data partitions. Access to active pilot databases is strictly limited to authorized engineering personnel bound by confidentiality agreements.
